From 1995 to 1999 he studied at the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
From 1999 to 2002, he served in the internal affairs bodies in the investigative and operational units of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Tula Region.
From 2002 to 2005 he practiced law at the Tula Regional Bar Association.
From 2005 to 2022, he practiced law at the Chamber of Lawyers of the Moscow Region.
From December 26, 2022 to the present, he is the managing partner of the Gladiator Bar Association of the Moscow Region.
Total experience as a lawyer is over 21 years.

During his legal career, he participated as a defense attorney in high-profile criminal cases against the head of Tulaspirt OJSC S.P. Golubev, against the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug A.V. Barinov, against the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation M.I. Vasiliev. and in relation to the Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation A.V. Gusev.

Also, based on the results of many years of work, Sergei Sergeevich has more than 20 awards, including 7 commendations for impeccable service in internal affairs bodies, a diploma from the Moscow Region Bar Association dated July 27, 2022, and a Commendation for assistance in solving tasks assigned to the Ministry of Justice of Russia signed by the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Federation from September 2023.
